Office & Factory Air Conditioning
For Proctor & Gamble we have installed air conditioning and ventilation in the main office complex at Skelmersdale. Here we installed VAM heat recovery units to deal with restricted access for ducting and to minimise the loading on the air conditioning system.

We have also recently installed a VRV system in a new office complex in Preston.

For Severn Trent Laboratories in Runcorn we have installed specialist low temperature air conditioning to the fish stock rooms. We also install air conditioning systems for the AAH Pharmaceutical group.

Health Sector Air Conditioning
Across a number of product areas we have expertise in the health sector. We have installed air conditioning systems in the Manchester Blood Bank and in a number of the Aintree Hospital Trust wards.

Air Conditioning For Retail & Leisure
In the retail field we install air conditioning in SPAR convenience stores and other local high street outlets, both on a direct basis and on sub contract to shopfitters .

Kitchen Air Conditioning
We have considerable experience of air conditioning for pubs, clubs and restaurants. For JW Lees we have installed comfort cooling in the kitchen range areas. We are the nominated contractor for the installation and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment for Swallow Hotels (London & Edinburgh Group).

Conservatory Air Conditioning
We install and service air conditioning systems in domestic conservatories.

A conservatory can be a very pleasant enhancement to a home but from a practical viewpoint they can be hot in Summer and cold in Winter. An air conditioning system can help to moderate the temperature fluctuations. We normally install a 5kw unit for this purpose.

Please note – an air conditioning system alone may not resolve the heat problem on hot Summer days. Air conditioning will provide spot cooling but we suggest that the air conditioning is supported by the use of insulated blinds to counteract the effect of strong sun rays.
